Use JDownloader in an open Wi-Fi (with VPN if you're concerned over your privacy and data).
You merely have to copy the link of the playlist and it'll automatically list all the videos as downloadable and at preferred quality.
Then you press a button to start and go prepare your popcorn.

Youtube-dl my friend. Does an amazing job, quick and simple. It's made to be run from the command line, and it's cross-platform.

If you aren't good with working from the command line, check out youtube-dl-gui: https://github.com/MrS0m30n3/youtube-dl-gui

If the playlist is private, you'll have to supply login credentials. Sometimes YouTube makes changes that breaks youtube-dl, so when that happens you'll either need to wait for an update, or I find it works better if you use it with a cookie file. If the playlist you're trying to download is private, you can use the cookies.txt chrome extension to generate your own cookie file to use with youtube-dl: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cookiestxt/njabckikapfpffapmjgojcnbfjonfjfg?hl=en
