I guess you can do it by following this tutorial https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-give-your-mii-gold-pants-and-use-it-for-streetpass.379146/, but instead of changing the gold pants bit you change the name of the Mii. The hexadecimal representation of ツ is 0x30C4. But I'm pretty sure there is an easier and faster solution to this.
