I want to put one of my Miis from the 3ds onto the wii. How do I do that using HBrew?

I don't think you can, 3DS/Wii U Miis have more features than Mii Channel Miis so they can't be converted losslessly.

You can and you don't even need HBrew. Just enter the wii mii channel, click the DS icon and select receive. In the 3ds is mostly the same but with sending.

Yes, it does (I know that it does because I did it a lot of times just to play Mario sports mix with my miis)
