Homebrew Is it impossible to access Nintendont saves for injected games?

I just spent hours getting my Gamecube saves off my Wii from an original Gamecube memory card so I can transfer them to Nintendont on Wii U. Then I realized my games are injected to my Wii U hard drive so I can't access that hard drive on a PC. I'm now thinking my Nintendont saves are on that hdd making it impossible to transfer my saves over. Tell me I'm wrong.

I think the saves are in the SD are they not? Also isn't there ftp software to access the HDD?

Wish I didn't make this thread. I should have checked the sd card first, you were right.

The reason I got thrown off is on the Wii when I transfered them off my memory card they went to the hard drive.
