How safe is it to use incognito and 90dns to go online for homebrew apps and ftp?
I use atmospher emummc and only play online on OFW sysnand. I'm on flight mode no internet setup at all in emummc. Im not planning to use any kind of nintendo services like eshop or online play.is there any major risk to go online with incognito and 90dns while being in cfw?

If you have either one (90DNS or Incognito) installed to your emuNAND, you are not going to get banned for anything you do with your emuNAND. If you're paranoid, do both.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

    Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
