because of the new 3ds (with everything better), making the old 3ds a piece of junk, he should release his hack with the ability to piracy and turn the console into a free sandbox (like the psp was), so players still had a reason to have their old 3ds...

nintendo deservers this... with the dsi you had a reason to still get a old ds, play gba games... so people with the old ds\lite still had something better on their consoles...
