There's actually a science to pachinko and slot machines in Japan. stuff like odds, recognizing patterns and whatnot. I know a Japanese who can walk in a casino room, try a few machines and tell me which ones are actually winnable and which ones are impossible to beat (like, they are set to NEVER let you win).

i love it when he takes me gambling, as we almost always go home with more cash than we came in. he doesn't abuse it though so he can go back to casinos and not be marked.

Yeah, in Vegas, they watch people to see if they are counting cards,etc. Would you play this though?
