Im on sx os and want to update to 7.0 so i can utilize the new sx os update but how do i update switch?
just turn on and connect to your wifi internet...
and get relax.. eat.. and sleep maybe..
then it will be done.... updated to newest 7.01 firmware
There is no such thing as a clean emuNAND. So I definitely wouldn't recommend updating online.Depending on whether the person's updating from a clean emunand or not, that might get the person's switch banned.
ChoidujourNX offline update is still the safest bet.
How do i update sx os, i don't have sx os menu btw i just use hekate and tegraI updated my switch to 7.01 firmware today using Choidu. Very easy to do and quite safe to do. Just make sure you have taken a NAND backup first, just in case. And remember to update SXOS to 2.6.1 before doing anything.
Since updating everything still works fine, XCI and NSP loading/installing.
What do you mean you don't have sx os menu? If you're using sx os, you ARE using sx os menu (and don't need hekate). How do i update sx os, i don't have sx os menu btw i just use hekate and tegra
Ok so i downloaded the payload for sx loader but when i send it it doesn't do anythingWhat do you mean you don't have sx os menu? If you're using sx os, you ARE using sx os menu (and don't need hekate).
Anyways, go to sx os website (https://sx.xecuter.com/), download latest sx ox and the sx loader payload file, copy the contents of the sx os zip file to your switch's microsd card, then push the sx loader payload file to your switch using tegrasmash while the the swtch's booted into RCM mode.
You put your switch in RCM?Ok so i downloaded the payload for sx loader but when i send it it doesn't do anything
