ok i can use HDD if i dont format sysNAND after run redNAND but @NexoCube said me that i have to format sysNAND because if i dont do it when i install something in redNAND it will install in sysNAND and brick

I was talking about unlinking them

Once you're sure that redNAND is working, format your sysNAND, you can still use your HDD on redNAND but never plug it while you are on sysNAND, shit will happen

You don't have to format sysNAND, just make sure you install to redNAND and not sysNAND.

You have to format sysNAND to unlink them, don't we ?

I'm not sure you have to unlink, there's really no benefits atm.

so this is pretty great and all, but are there any practical uses for any typical users yet? or should people like me just wait to install it.

I know this had been asked before so please bear with me, I heard that not unlinking the nands can cause a brick if Nintendo launches an update. Is this true?

It might, we don't really know. If a update comes out a dev or me will test if it bricks. You're safe right now, :).

someone like @punderino or @FIX94 that can solve the question?
Have we unlink/format our sysNAND after get work redNAND?
I mean, it's not very safe avoiding doing that. Installing a title on one NAND sometimes shows up on the other as corrupted shit. It's kind of spooky. If you don't wanna brick, I would stay away from linked NANDs.
