Yes, but keep in mind if they're not patched to be region-free, the home menu will not display them, and you will have to use something like BigBlueMenu to launch them.

Did everything that the video told me, but when i try to load the custom firmware near the end, i get a error message saying, "An Error has occurred, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart.". If i use a different launcher like the mt or gateway launcher those load up fine but the one that is in the cfw folder does not load up.

Yes, but it does not currently support launching any installed CIA files like the BBM/DevMenu does.

You can use that, too. BBM = Illegal. DevMenu = Illegal. BRM = Legal.

I had the same problem, I replaced Luncher.dat with Launcher_GW.dat (which is located in Palantine+CFW.zip/Sd card, whic you can download from this topic

Renamed it to Luncher.dat and did the last steps and after crashing for 3 times finally it worked.
but as I'm really new in this 3ds cfw thing, I don't have any clue if it is CFW or FW.

I extracted my emunand.bin but when I drag it to the "drag it here" batch file..cmd pops up but gives an access denied error..

if i get my GW into a friend's 3DS, could i install some CIA games on his emunand so he can play them with the CFW launcher when he doesn't have the GW card by using the CFW launcher?
