Ok, but what iso version do I have to choose when I want to patch it?

I patched it to iso 294, and it works, thanks to WiiPower and djtaz

i have downloaded WiiPowers Multi Cios Installer and when i run it and it says to push button a nowt happens at all! and it just seems to crash my wii? and i have to hold in the power button to restart the wii why is this?

I'm having a problem. I patched the game but it still crashes the system when I try to play an episode. Could it be because I have a scrubbed version?

With RiiskiMod v2.0 you can launch Sam and Max from the Disc channel. No need for patching, rebooting or a BackupLauncher.

Did you IOS Version patch to IOS249 AND tried the Gamma rebooter?

Yes, I did.

Just drag the game iso to the patcher type the numbers 249 and it is patch.
Fire up your launcher to the config screen. Press the B button to reboot it should now be in the Disc Channel.
I did it and it works.

I tought this one couldn't be patched with IVPatcher, just like NFS:U, and that's why we used the cIOS33....!!!

Well any way, now RiskiiMod fixes that and many other issues, too bad noobs can do it

Sam 'n' Max needs to be started from the disc channel, and NFSU doesn't the the IOS Version Patch.

This seems like a month old topic, but I just want to say I made burned a backup of Sam and Max, Season One on a DVD+R and my Wii has a WiiKey inside.

The game never freezes or anything like that.
I never did anything special to it.

Do some people have problems with this game?

I guess you would get problems with the game(restart on episode selection), if you would launch the game with Gecko OS, Gamma or SoftChip. The other people here all don't have a modchip, that's why they need to trick around.

hello, i think i have some kind of uncomprension.
I select the option
Custom IOS33 to ios36 rev7 dip installation to ios33 place, im doing an offline installation.
When the installation starts, the installer freezes on a Code Dump section and doesn't proceed... What do i do wrong? I have downloaded all the file required for ios33 installation and put em into /00000001/00000021/v1040/, also i dlled the files for cios36 DIP and put em into /00000001/00000024/v1042/

Can anybody help me? Thank you very much

set to CIOS36 36rev7 IOS33
this is what i used to get it working
im on 3.2u with all the goodies no modchip

Oh yes, and it doesn't work, if i just copy that, it tries to connect to the internet, without even starting the installation via sd.
The folder 00000001 is in the root, and the cios installer is in the apps folder. I really don't understand what i'm doing wrong. I have to install custom ios33 with ios36 dips installation in ios33 rite?

i picked custom ios 36 with ios 36 rev7 installed in ios 33
