Hacking How to block update on a Japanese version Wii U? What DNS should I set to?

Does anyone know what exactly I should use. Will 168.235.92.10 and 81.4.127.20 still work?

Delete your update folder and leave DNS as is.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that, this console has not been modded. I'm planning to first install Haxchi on it, and I haven't set up any DNS on this console before.

Which update folder are you referring to?
