Hacking How to activate Amphethamine on Vitamin?

I backed up my game and tried it out with RinCheat. It ran really slowly (slower than when using cartidge) and I thought RinCheat had an impact on it so I deleted RinCheat and it will still slow.

I want to set my system clock at max to see if it will make it run like normal. But I don't know how to activate Amphetamine to set my clock speed.
