You'll never get a chance to make them for Wii U. Would take too much time starting now.

Learn to program for a Nintendo system, 3DS would be my best bet right now.

Get nintendo to license it and release it to the public.

Wait like 10 years until Nintendo adds 3DS games to the VC and hope yours makes the cut.

NDS/N64: Replace the ROM file in the content/ROM folder with the ROM of your choice. These may need other file modifications to get games to work.

Don't expect every game that you try to inject to work.. You'll most likely get black screens.
