does fwtool.nds need to be renamed as 2222.nds? im trying to run the payload from ^ but I crash when I press paste

We're trying to get it working on EUR ourselves right now. There's no guarantee for anything.

It'll be released whenever someone releases a stable whitelist patcher.

If you open the DSi shop now (even if it's closed) you should get the data management option.

Oh, I misread your post if you don't have the flipnote app, you can still try a hardmod, but I don't think there's another way.

Like @ThisIsDaAccount said your only way to get HiyaCFW and RocketLauncher is to use a hardmod, you will also need a raspberry pi model 1 to receive your consoleID and you should be able to bruteforce your CID.

You have that the other way around. You can get the CID with the RaspberryPi and bruteforce ConsoleID.
