[help] getting random game freezes with VBA at PC

I am getting random game freezes for 1-2 seconds at VBA when i am at full speed.

I found this problem at other emulators like gens plus, project 64 2.0 i never had issues with my old GT 1030 gpu

My PC specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600x cpu
HyperX fury RAM 8GB/4GB @ 3200Mhz
MSI GTX 1650 4GB gpu
PSU CORSAIR CV 550Watts
2x SSD 1TB sata 3 512GB aorus M.2 nvme
MSI B450m bazooka max wifi PCB
