Got a HWFly modded console in exFAT, want to convert to FAT32

I just got my OLED modded console and found that the card file format is exFAT and would like to convert it to FAT32. I just have to backup my files, format the unit F: (of course, not excluding the other partitions) and that's all good to go?

Backup the data on the card then format to FAT32
