Hi everyone, and especially @Robz8.
:)
I'm starting a gradual transition from my beloved DS lite to DSi XL, specifically regarding gba games, as the former is starting to cause me eye pain and headaches, more and more often.

I should move my .sav files (64kb) from gba flashcart (DS Lite) to GBARunner2 (DSi XL), whose save files are different in size (32kb).
Can I copy them as they are or do I have to convert them? In the second case, what should I do?

Thank you :D

Copy them as they are.
If GBARunner2 tells you they're too big, then trim them to the correct size using a hex editor.

Is there a way to fix the large flickering in super monkey Ball jr? I'm playing on a ds lite and it's almost unplayable with the flickering.
I report the author's statements: "This game swaps buffers when vblank is already over (..) and that causes issues with the way I swap buffers."
:nayps3:
AFAIK, the only solution is to play it through gba flashcart in slot-2.
:yaynds:

I'm curious if @Gericom has released a frame conversion tool yet, or maybe they could just implement standard PNG support for frames and covers..?
(I don't really see why a proprietary file type is needed for these, as it makes customizing things more difficult than it needs to be.)

I just made GBA Border Patrol for everyone.
It's basically a .exe tool to combine the 3 exported .bin files from GRIT into a single default.bin that's ready to use, skipping the need to use the command line. GRIT is also included, along with my source code and 8 example frames I created from scratch. Hopefully people will find it useful. :yaysp:

Thank you, on behalf of everyone. :)
How come this .zip is so big?
I'm a little ashamed to ask, but is this .exe compatible with my old WindowsXP (I assume not)?
Also, could you post below just your 8 cute gba frames, if it's not a bother?

The zip is large because it has all the game covers inside. And the exe should be XP compatible, it's just a batch file afterall.

The 8 frames I made are already in the link, but sure:

They are, in the zip file.
When I asked you, earlier, about just the 8 gba frames, I meant the ones already converted.

Okay, I get it. You want to force me to download the whole thing...:rofl2:

There is a bug in FF V advance when I give the "Kick" command with a character who carries the monk job, the character starts to spin from right to left without stopping. it's quite funny and at the same time annoying. I tested on an emulator from my PC to see if the same thing happened and not, only on this one.

Hello and welcome.:)
I didn't understand what the problem is.
Would you like a compatibility list of those emulators regarding GBARunner2? But it doesn't make sense to use them with the latter.
DS/DSi/3DS consoles already have their own nes/gbc/sms emulators.
If you want, you can PM me writing in our language and explaining better.

Guys, I made some frames, I hope you like it
You're welcome.:)
It was just what I needed. Thank you.
Maybe you'll make more in the future....
maybe something more colorful...
