wait on gateway. I expect they'll confirm that it works on 9.3 soon. I seriously doubt it is blocked, but you never know.

Nippon-yasan very clearly says they do not accept any returns whatsoever.

Yep I know, and the update is live. However you have to do it manually at the moment. No prompts for updating from either my sister's or my 3DS XL

Just to clarify real cards have longer middle pin right?
I am slightly worried that I might have received a fake card as the logo is slightly tinted blue...

I know this is just speculation... But how can Nintendo block something that hadn't been release yet? I understand ninja hack got block, but it was already released. Unless gateway and ninja are similar? I ordered my smash n3ds ll today, so I got really unlucky. My hope is that 9.3 does not block gateway, gateway updates it, or a game comes out with 9.0 on it. Good luck everybody
