Save is corrupted every time.

Formatted Emunand and booted into gateway mode just fine, I'm able to get to the rom browser but if I go into the settings I don't get any indication of it running in gateway mode, I don't get the "GW3D" before the firmware.

Anyone try USA front LNA-CTR-AQEE-USA back AQEE331343 yet? I have an unopened US New 3ds XL that I was going to return but now that it seems my AUS one is still useless I may crack it open if I know that it works.

Working y/n - Yes, but it crashes every time. But I'm just testing this on my NORMAL 3DS, but I assume this will work fine on any New 3DS.

Those who have it working should dump their cards, wipe the UID with Gateway ROM Patcher, cross-check the hash with http://3ds.essh.co/
and post the results as well, so we can figure out if the game revision really does have anything to do with it.

Have an original 4.5 3ds + Zelda.

So how do I test it works without messing up my actual Zelda save? So I can add to the list.

I assume:

Dump current save, back it up
Put Gateway save on sd and upload to cart
If it shows up and isn't corrupt, then it would work with that cart?

There seems to be a large amount of carts that don't work, what's odd is many people from launch of OoT claim to get corrupt saves.

So is there any consistency as to which do or do not work.
This is all just confusing because some are confirming a version works while others say it doesnt.

I would hope that GW will release a fix if its possible, but i have a feeling that would take forever to be released.

Anyway, i purchased a AQEEY10134 from Ebay.
After canceling, a AQEE510220 version, since people were having issues with it.

Im hoping my new purchase will work when i get it, hopefully someone with this version (AQEEY10134) can verify if it works for me with a pm.

Bought on release so I know it's the 1.0 version.

Not necessarily true. For example, the original OoT, 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 were all compiled before the launch date.
It's perfectly possible that mid-production of the launch batches they switched to 1.1.

Did a fresh dump of my cart and removed the header with gateway rom patcher to check the CRC32 and it matches this as posted earlier EUR Rev00 CRC32 D65A17D9.

Restored the save with both my R4i save dongle and also gateway menu save restore multiple times.

Same result, save corrupted every time.
