Ok, to keep it in short, I've had the worst luck with this thing. The first time it reformatted, then wouldn't save, and wouldn't play some games.
Those problems have been fixed since installing the newest firmware, but one problem remains..

I have been unable to use download play for any "nintendo" owned games (mario kart, super mario bros, brain age etc) and it's really starting to tick me off. Is it just because the g6 download play isn't good enough or is there something I'm doing wrong? (Which I can't think of)

Thanks.

Boot the game from the "My Card" menu and it should work just fine. It works fine for me when I do it from the My Card menu. Something's different about the NDS game menu that doesn't allow download play to work.

G6 Real Download Play is not great.

If you want, flash the recieving DS and it will work.

That doesn't work. Tried it with Mario Party DS, Super Mario 64 DS (Nintendo Games), and it didn't work on my friend's flashed DS.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
