Hacking Flashcart suitable for Lite, i and XL

I have a DS Lite, a DSi and a DSi XL and i would like to buy a flashcart that i can use on all three. I have had a look at other posts but i am still unsure which one to get so i thought would get some more advice first. I was thinking between SCDS2, CDS iEvo, R4i Gold, iSmart MM, Acekard 2i and M3i Zero. Am I right in thinking that on the Acekard 2i, i wont be able to save my game, so each time I play I would have to start over again? Could someone briefly explain slow motion to me...? Could someone also please tell me the function of the flashing cable for the M3i Zero. If its to update firmware, then isn't this normally done by connecting the microSD to a computer?I would also like to be able to use download and play and wi-fi so i can play online, and, if possible i would also like the flashcart to support wireless ds multi card play.

with that said, i would additionally recommend the r4i gold from the r4idsn team.

you are going to get the best compatibility from akaio and wood. find a card that supports those kernels and you are doing great. supercard has very good support as well but not as high of a compatibility. the ds2 offers a ton of fun things to play with, read the gbatemp review. the ievo is a very good ds-mode flash kit but is no longer updated, the dsi-mode is only useful for homebrew.

pretty straight forward. if the kernel offers this option it makes the game play in slow-motion.

pretty much any flash kit on the market now will work across all 5 systems. the original r4 (still sold and supports wood) will only work on the ds phat and ds lite.

it's a tight fit, it doesn't get permanently stuck, it's just difficult to remove at first

no, just buy good brand (A-DATA, sandisk, kingston, transcend, etc.) from a reputable retailer (amazon, newegg, buy.com, your local retailer, NOT BUNDLED WITH YOUR FLASHCART FROM A CHINESE SHOP)
