Error Code 2002-1002 Any assistance greatly appreciated

Recently i had to delete everything on my sd card due to me being stupid with a disk-write error. This morning i added hekate and atmosphere back and also made a emummc. When i load up atmosphere i always get the error listed above or Cant load software. I looked at other posts with the same issue to no avail. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. If you need further details i will be glad to respond. Thank you in advance

Im sorry since im a new user i can directly reply. Im sorry again if i sound stupid but im new to this website so the only sigpatch(i think) i see is the attachment the OP of that thread posted, and it didn't work. I also used both of ITotalJustice's patches with none of them working either. Again thank you for trying.

Also Edit: if you need any reference pictures i will gladly attempt to post them here
