Does anyone know some EASY but tolerable GBA Games that I can try. I'm pretty good at em', But a little rusty. Just for a starter, Then, I'll try even harder games.

Difficulty is ever the fun one to qualify, though generally most GBA games are made for those to play for a little while and get something done in them.
There are certainly harder games that test reactions, maths, general knowledge, memory, your patience (I generally don't count grinding as hard) and more besides, or multiple of those at once.

More generally though what sorts of games do you like to play? I can suggest you an easy pokemon clone but if you don't like pokemon clones then there is little point in that when you would have preferred a puzzle game.

For my part, I can recommend you, as not demanding games (at least for the first stages) and of immediate playability, which require little time available and so are easily playable in the spare time (mostly puzzles or similar):

Final Fantasy 1 + 2 also FF V and VI. for FF III and IV I'd go for the DS remakes!

Classic NES games aren't very hard. Harry Potter year 3, DKC trilogy, Pokemon, Kirby, Banjo-Kazooie Grunty's Revenge, WarioWare, Mario Advance series

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
