Hacking Do I overwrite the files found in Wup Installer .zip with the haxchi files?

So I'm still in the process of installing CFW onto the Wii U and right now I'm kinda stuck.
2 of the .zip's that I got off https://wiiu.hacks.guide/ has duplicate files

The manifest and info files are duplicates between the two.
Are these files important? if so how do I put the Wup Installer files onto the SD Card? if I overwrite it may mess up the haxchi installer.

I now have another issue. I can't press "Load" or "Back" in the homebrew launcher
No matter how many times I tap on the screen with the pen it won't work and I don't know why. I need help here please.

Wup installer should have its own folder in the apps folder, and haxchi should have its own folder. If your still confused try following custom firmware wiafu's guide.
