Iv'e tried that before. The LED is just blue like how it's supposed to beSounds like you're picking games from the Gamepad's Quick Start menu - that can occasionally desync from the system if something weird happens (I see it all the time with linux-wiiu). Try turning your console on with the power button on the Wii U itself (with the disc drives and whatever). What does the power LED do? Is it blue? Flashing red/orange?
