I still haven't got around to do it yet, I will try this weekend ) will defo post here the results... even if it ends up been a lovely donor board lol@SolidSnakeUk89 im curious as to how it went.
Looks like a diode to me!! I will have a look once I get home laterI don't suppose anyone can identify this component because I think I might of knocked it off my board as its not there anymore after replacing the screen connector, apologizes if this has already been asked before.View attachment 179059
Does anyone know what the T451 chip is used for? it's next to the right joycon and lcd backlight connectors. I am trying to fix a motherboard with water damage, it won't detect the right joycon and I've cleaned up the connector tried 2 different rails and two different known working joycons. I am only guessing the T451 as it's in the same area as the water damage and next to the joycon connector but I've really no idea.

Guys, tell me what 3 legs are responsible for from bottom left? Accidentally pulled away
incorrectly put it. third leg from bottom left. only she is damagedIf its pin 11/12/13 then cable orientation won't work and nither will dock mode.

as I understand this gnd? how important is she in this place?
the console generally enters rcm without this controller. I deal with the problem that the console is not charging. This is ground, yes?Try it without it'll either work or it won't.
Tell me, should there be a resistor in the allocated area? it’s on all the photos, but I didn’t have it on the first photo
clearly didin't put enough heat in an flux when you removed the chip an peeled the pads.
can see it the way the solder is around those areas.
you really should watch the louis rossmann vids on youtube an the amount of flux he uses to give you an idea where you went wrong.
not having a go just saying
you could eatch an rerun the track then cover it with an epoxy, ive had to do it with a couple of radios where milkshakes would cut tracks for ic mods on radios an ended up butchering the tranceiver.
I've got a second board lying around at the minute, are there any measurements i can take to figure out what this is? Spent hours looking and can't find anyting with the same smd code.
