Yes because flashcarts have the normal cartridge privledges. DSiWare doesn't.

Here's something interesting

So I got rev.10hyper

it says int fat fail then gives me three options

->nitro:/
fat:/
sd:/

I pick sd then the screen went black so I press some buttons (a) to make sure its not froze then it says

gbaemu DS by ichfly
malloc 1048567 multi: 524288

press a then a error comes up

if you leave it up the screen gets tilled then goes black
