Vitashell allows you to mount the ux0 partition to a computer, I doubt anyone would really write a program just because you asks for one if it doesn't exist already.

Sony Content Manager, or QCMA both do this, however you do have to input a password on your PS Vita in order to establish a connection.

Like someone said so before, Vitashell has a USB mass storage feature, which let you access whatever you have on the ux0: partition (either a Sony MC or SD2Vita) as if it were a normal USB dongle.

The Vita won't do a thing if your PC requires a password or not to use it.

Are you saying you're trying to install QMCA to install the exploit on your vita, but you can't because you don't have the administrator password?

I don't know if it's possible to work round that.
