Emulation Best device to play GBA games currently?

Such a old thread and so many people here to give their best and honest opinion.

My vote goes to the 3DS family XL if you want a larger screen, and New 3DS (XL) if also want to play the latest 3DS games.

Followed by Wii U if you don't care about portability, can be played exclusively on the gamepad without the need for a TV.

Best? Android phone with bluetooth game pad. With myboy emulator can play almost every gba game. I can trade pokemon with myself too.
Two or three days i emulate gba with GPSP on my hacked psp. You know, if my phone will be broken i still can play some pokemon games.
