Yeah all of the ones mentioned are good fun, and aside from No More Heroes the rest are pretty overlooked.

Bully has bad loading though, this is on the original disc dunno what a pirate copy will be like.

godfather was amazing with its cool control scheme. But the freeroaming kinda sucks. Scarface has the best freeroaming, but worse controls... and you can't shoot innocents.
NMH is NOT a freeroam. the city is just a mission hub, ala SMS Delfino plaza.
Driver is just... yea

No More Heroes isn't really free roaming. You have a sort of roamable overworld, but it really sucks and it's just a glorified mission selection screen.

Yeah, exactly as I said. Nonetheless, the game is full of awesomeness and worth to check out if one is looking for that type of game.
