Hacking activating and formatting

i purchased a used vita today on 3.6
i went into settings and formmated the mem card and restore settings
when i click restore system it gives a warning, "this system is activated with a SEO accout, if you restore this system you will not be able to deactivate it later
do you want to deactivate this system before restoring.

im really not sure what to do, if i click yes it wants me to sign into wifi

is it possible to delete whats on it, then add my SEO account and activate it without updating to 3.61?

ok so i found if i power down, hold right trigger, PS button and power, i wiped it and deleted the profile on it,
now on 3.6 is it still possible to add my PSN account and activate it?
do i need to activate it to be able to play it and Henkaku it, or is that only if i want to sign in with my accout?

As i read around you need to first install henkaku fir spoof, then add your acount.

You can either: 1.) Do as Enigma Hall suggests and install HENkaku then activate on PSN using the built in spoofer, or 2.) Sign in during the initial setup (reset after at live area), install HENkaku and then use the offline activator homebrew.

yep super easy

power down the vita, hold the right trigger, PS button and power button

reboot the vita, launch/install Henkaku, then goto settings and login
