Argh...you guys are gonna be mad.

I'm having trouble getting my DS to connect to my computer. I think my router's being funky.

This could be a while. I'm really sorry.
No worries, we've been pretty occupied with Phoenix Wright chat anyway. Take your time c:

Lordy, take your time, we've waited for years for an Edgeworth game. We can wait a bit longer

I don't think that has anything to do with your router. What is the problem, exactly?

The only case I don't like in JFA is 2-3. The first one was pretty funny and second was solid case, the fourth one was simply epic. 4-4 was somewhat dissapointing because of that "Mason Stupidity" and the fact that you didn't beat Kristoph, you just cheat with the Jurist System. 4-2 simply horrible, end of story. Other than that and Phoenix beaing a hobo I've enjoyed olaying AJ. It's the weakest game in Ace Attorney series but still a pretty good game.

P.S. Sorry for my English, it's not my native language and stuff.

Slightly off topic : What was everyone's favourite AA game? For me, it would have to be Justice for All. I actually enjoyed the circus case, and the last case was probably the best one in any AA game ever, in my opinion.
Same here. The second case was pretty decent aswell.

I really liked the second game too
second and fourth cases were epic , just that third case was lowsy enough to bore me
well i learned my lesson A LION NEVER SNEEZES

I loved the third case, Moe was simply ridiculous ("Please testify about the incident" and he starts off giving a whole testimony on how he fails as a clown). Plus he quoted the A-Team theme and The Fresh Prince's theme, win. Acro was pretty cool but the obvious villain.

Are you talking about the Maggey/Maggie contradiction in JFA?

Nah it was like at the end of a case. ANd you had to read super careful or else you wouldn't see it.

@OtakuOverlord - No he's not. He means the Steel Samurai case in PW1

A person mentioned the wrong name in testimony, and it was a big reveal when you pressed them on it

i thought everybody knew cocktails are like 75% ice
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Yeah but not like this.
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
the funny thing is cocktails in norway are only allowed to have 1 20ml shot of booze
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    so..... yeah
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
we're used to only having a thimbleful of booze
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Booo.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
same thing if you want whisky on the rocks or something, you can't get a double
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but you could buy as many shots of whisky (or anything else) as you want and ask for a glass of ice and pour them in
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    it's dumb
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Maybe.
  • Veho @ Veho:
There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.
  • Veho @ Veho:
But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".
  • Veho @ Veho:
Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Usually accidentally overdose of ibuprofen here is from people taking like cold medicine then ibuprofen for a headache and the combination is over what they need
