to me not reallyView attachment 267022Is it normal for it to only say this for like, 5 minutes straight?
oh. oh yeah, i guess i've had it on for pretty long.to me not really
have you tried restarting nus and pc?
why wasn't i notified of this, thank youOften NUS will be slow to download or not work at all and it has nothing to do with things on your end. If you keep trying, it should eventually succeed. You can use ModMii to download this stuff using the cmd line version of nusd if you want to give it a shot and see if you have better luck

Yes, people are definitely still modding their Wii's these days!@XFlak - Kudos for continuing to maintain the Wii stuff. After 13 years, I finally updated nusd I grabbed the latest "NUS Downloader" source that was already archived from Google Code, and updated nusd. Very minimal testing so far though. If you think it's still useful, feel free to use.

Question though: I use the latest .NET 4.8, but if it is useful keeping the older version of .NET, let me know.
I also found that WB3000 merged the CLI code into his code, but I could not get that to work using the command line. That and the occasional chatter about nusd prompted me to give this a spin.
Are there still people hacking the Wii these days?
Yeah, although the file sizes are the same, the MD5 sums show that the files are different.Yes, people are definitely still modding their Wii's these days!
Out of curiosity, with the update, are their (slight) differences to the output /wads? I imagine so, which would make me hesitate to incorporate it into modmii as the many people that have cached these files may have to re-download (unless I build in logic to accept both the old and the new).
Regarding net framework, is 4.8 common on Windows 10 and older OS' like Win7? How does it compare to 3.5? If you're not sure that's fine, I haven't gone searching for answers yet, just thought I'd ask in case you happen to know off the top of your head.
I guess if I have toYou have to maintain ModMii
@wiiNinja, think you would be able to whip up a version that uses net framework 3.5 for me please?@XFlak - Kudos for continuing to maintain the Wii stuff. Amazing thanks a lot!@XFlak - I'll give it a shot this weekend. Work stuff is getting the best of me these days.
Seems to be working!! Can you remove this onscreen text for me as well please?I've only tested using the included Sample.Batch.File.bat. It's on a branch: https://github.com/wiiNinja/NUS.downloader.command.line/tree/dotnet3.5/compiled.outputs
See if this works for you.
Also, if it's possible, can we add an various backup servers and an optional server argument, e.g.!!!!! THIS IS A DEBUG BUILD FROM SVN !!!!!
Features CAN and WILL be broken in this build!
Devs: REMEMBER TO CHANGE TO THE RELEASE CONFIGURATION AND CHANGE VERSION NUMBER BEFORE BUILDING!
