My mom is doing a modification on a loan for one of her clients and needs an explanation letter saying y the guy didn't play. She invented a story about some pipe being broken by the freezing weather and it cost a lot. Unfortunatly she said it happened around in November or December. What I need to find is a website that tells me the temperature on those months in 2008 here in Chicago. I searched google but all I got was this site that was really hard to understand. Can any of you guys help me?
