ARM9 Data abort help!

Can anyone help me please?, the error occurs while trying to install Smash Controller via FBI, it installs uppon 22mb, its not the cia file as i used it on my new 3DS too and it worked, this is the full error:

i should said it before, it's not an sd card problem, as anything else works, its just THAT app

the sd card can and will show problems even if its just one thing. Its a fundamental thing that needs to be ruled out before trying anything else. Even if you dont think it is.
