CFW 3DS Camera not working for games but working for FBI Program.

Hey all, I know a lot of us are having Camera problems nowadays and I hope it isn't just me but I will explain my situation.

The Camera I have; It definitely works but for some odd reason the CFW throws an error whenever I try to use it with my Games but works completely fine on FBI. The Nintendo 3DS Camera App for the 3DS does not work either it just leaves this error and even the L and R Combo for using the Camera instantly does not work either it just throws an error too. But with the Nintendo Error instead.

I have NO IDEA what is causing this, the Camera is completely fine and it works perfectly but the games just get this error. Is it because of some other reason I should know?
