Yeah, looks legit to me.
I've had three different ones - a genuine one, a third party one (looks exactly the same except is unbranded) and a fake one (basically a third party one trying to pass itself off as a real one by using the Wii U and Nintendo logos).
What gave the fake one away was the poor printing quality of the sticker on the back and the fact that the Nintendo logo was not moulded into the plastic very well (letters were blurred - looked like it spelled Ninlemlo). Also, with both the third party and the fake controller, the battery was not removable - you could pull it out of the compartment, but it was connected to a wire that went inside the controller and connected directly to the motherboard - and it did not have a Nintendo label on it, just blue shrinkwrap, whereas a genuine controller has a removable Nintendo battery that looks similar to the ones in other Nintendo products, such as the DS, 3DS and Wii U Gamepad.
So you definitely have a genuine one. To be honest, I do think they feel quite light and maybe even cheap - perhaps that's what made them so easy to copy. I couldn't feel the difference between my genuine one and the third party one, and if I ever had to buy a replacement I would probably just get a third party one as they're a fraction of the cost. I just wouldn't get a fake on principle. The Switch Pro controller was definitely an improvement.
