just use atmosphere 8.1 since it works on 6.2 instead of wasting all this time on trying to downgrade

I think OP just wants a working switch at this point.Tried to downgrade to no avail and here we are
OP should try this, but PLEASE make another backup, of current nand and keep that safe too. If his old backup is corrupted, it'll be hard to recover from.
I'm not reading this whole thread: you just have to make the package1 in boot0 match the firmware version on the rest of the NAND. use ChoiDujour (PC) to generate 6.1 boot0 and flash that or else use it to generate 6.2 everything else. that's all.
If the firmware is below 4.1.0 then I believe it can be hacked. But just because it's 4.1.0 or above doesn't mean it's unhackable, you need the serial number to tell for sure. Hard to find a Switch below 4.1.0 now though.
Can you tell us what's new in 6.5.0? Anything cool? Did they add SNES and GBC/GBA games yet?
Well 6.3 and 6.4 brought in GBC/GBA then SNES respectively. 6.5.0's big thing was 3DS-like themes, Netflix, and stability updates.
Is there a guide how to use choidujour I try to open it and nothing happens. This is my last hope lol

If you navigate to the folder containing ChoiDujour.exe in Command Prompt type ChoiDujour.exe --help then press Enter. You can ask for help in that other thread on ChoiDujour usage because I'm not too familiar with its usage as I have never needed to use ChoiDujour on PC.
Well I fixed my switch. It was actually pretty simple. All I did was use a switch on 6.2.0 and backup boot0/1 then i put those in the restore folder of the bricked switch and restored it and it worked.

although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)

If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.

and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
