well i will wait for gba suppor since the gba injector is so hard to use and complicated :S
It's very complicated, which is why I saved it until after the others and decided to just release what I have so far, unfinished.

I'm getting this error for NDS injects. I have all the requirements in the OP.

Daddy Horror said he got the same error but the replacement still worked? Is this the same case for you? It would be helpful to know exactly what steps you took and when the error occurred.

The game is working without any problems. It gives an error when selecting an icon and when it creates an icon for the game.

any chance this makes wii compatible n64 injections, I'm having trouble doing that
This is only for Wii U.

I can't seem to replicate the error. What type of image are you using (png, jpeg, bmp) and what are the dimensions? Even better, could you send the image to me so I can try to replicate the error and fix it? I've used 128x128 and 256x256 pngs without issues.

EDIT: Just tested a 256x256 JPG without issue as well.

As for ds you mean homebrew and dsiware roms?
I mean take any Nintendo DS ROM (full retail game) from the internet and replace it into one of the official Virtual Console titles that Nintendo has released. If the "homebrew or dsiware" is in a .NDS or .SRL format, it may work.

Oh, I only tried one image, but the error also shows up with the default image. The image I was using is 176 x 248 (png).

The game however is working better than with the other injects I tried. I can finally play pokemon without any issues.

Same here, dude.
The obnoxious gamma correction and the inability to change the resolution really kills it for me in N64 VC.

Our best bet is hope that Mupen64 gets a proper port to the Wii U via RetroArch. Nintendo's emulators aren't that great.

I'm wondering, has Retroarch's Mupen64 been ported to a PowerPC device before?
I know both Wii and Wii U are based on PowerPC architecture, but I'm not sure if there has been a port to a PowerPC architecture before of that emulator.

I don't know, but it can certainly be done, the team just needs to get a hold of a Wii U or Cemu/Decaf Emu to use as a base to port it over.

@fiveighteen does banjo Tooie & Conkers work with this mod? also Dementium 2 NDS.
this will not mod anything, the VC compatibility will be the same as it was this just makes it easier to do injects and do some options changes on some cases but VC compatibility will not increase or decrease, its the same.

Glad to hear it's working well. I wonder if there is another dependency that I'm unaware of. Is everyone getting this error? I've only seen 2 reports of it out of 49 downloads.

Is there a program like this for 3ds?
I don't have a 3DS, so I haven't made a program for it, at least. But I also dont follow that scene, so one similar may exist.

I'm trying to inject Command and Conquer over Ocarina of Time using the Default Icons, but for some reason I get the error "It's not possible to create ActiveX component".
I tried using custom icons, but I got the same error.

Text written in the application window:

"Starting N64 VC creation
Checking input settings
Creating new game folder: Command&Conquer [NAGEVC]
Copying new ROM file
Using Blank config
Using default icon"

...and then it gets stuck :/
