Well the new push you just made about 1/2 hour ago changed it a bit.
On the plus side, Xenoblade is no longer trying to re-update
But Zombi U is still thinking it needs to update after I re-boot, and a few others popped up.
Assassins Creed III: Current version: 8. Newest version available: 80
Disney Infinity 2 0: Current version: 8. Newest version available: 80
NINJA GAIDEN 3 Razors Edge: Current version: 8. Newest version available: 80
Splatoon: Current version: 16. Newest version available: 160
ZombiU: Current version: 16. Newest version available: 32
The one weird one is Zombi U.
I tried deleting everything, including the Meta folder and all the folders/files in my U_Tilitiy directory except U_Tility.exe and no matter what I do, it updates, refresh clears it and says it's up to 32, but when I restart it comes back saying it's at 16.
I look in the app.xml file and it's at 32 (0x20)
" <title_version type="hexBinary" length="2">0020</title_version> "
The others it's some sort of trailing zero issue.

Update:
Even after I delete the Meta and let U_TIlity create a new one, it's grabbing 16
Here is the version line from Meta.xlm
I'm going to manually edit it to
<title_version type="unsignedInt" length="4">32</title_version>
and see it it accepts it...
