I have an American emuNAND, how would I be able to change the language of my emuNAND to test this enter-eShop cryptofix?

If you change the region of your 3DS, you won't be able to enter the eShop.

Well, that's the only way to change the region, isn't it?
Anyway, IIRC there is a workaround.

So is the HHD CIA just unusable right now or what? I'd like to play, but no one seems to have a solid fix. The game just crashes right after the "Nintendo 3DS" screen

Yep, you have to wait for this game to be cryptofixed or the EUR/USA version.

Does anybody know why i can´t open emunand on my o3ds 4.2u with RxTools v3.0 beta 8 but i can open it with v2.6?
I have Rxtools v3.0 beta 8 on my another o3ds 9.2 and it works flawlessly? do i need to update my 4.2 3ds to 9.2 to make it work on v3.0 beta 8?

i have same problem, boot 2.6 but not 3.0b8 on 6.1.0-9U

Delete rxTools directory before installing.
Copy rxTools directory to SD card.
And put firmware.bin in /rxTools/sys

You have to change rxinstaller.nds if you are going to use that.

I can't have the latest build working, because the first installation fail everytimes (firmware.bin is from ReiNand 2.1 and stored in rxtools/data named 0004013820000002.bin).

What I'm doing wrong? I'm on N3DS 9.0 EUR.
So btw, i can't also use emunand/sysnand rxmode

Then.. Try out the LangEmu plugin for NTR. It could support some newer out-of-region games and DLC.
I encountered similar problem with "Puzzle&Dragon:MarioEdition" before, the file is already cryptofixed, and just with this locale switch it launched.
I am wondering if this is a common method newly applied to prevent some playing out-of-region games.

I thought it was in cfg that get patched, however that is not the module. Special sequence not found.
Finally figured out how to decrypt those .app files (with ncchinfo!), and repack them to be an ELF, and get it loaded.
However my sig files are too old.. I only got a 4.2.8 one and the latest may be already above 6.2.0..

Maybe. There was a patch for games with extended ram days ago. If that's what you want, i suggest you to try it out.

Im using the newest version but it doesn´t boot at all with downgraded mset it tell me that it has to restart and it restarts any clue?
Firmware.bin is on the same place as code.bin on e:/rxtools/sys
