I don't think so. rxTools menu runs on ARM9. No way back then.

Hi, I'm new here and I'd like some confirmation.
From what I've read, I can create an emunand on my sd card with the gateway launcher (without any gateway cards) and then rxtools can boot this emunand?
Then I can 'inject' fbi over the health and safety app within the emunand which will allow me to install 3ds games as unsigned cia files to the emunand.
This method won't put my system at much risk of bricking as it only affects the emunand on the sdcard right?
I'd just like to make sure that this is all true before I buy a 3ds on 9.2

What if there was a way to launch .3dsx from rxtools menu? can that be done? to load homebrew menu via rxtools menu
No prob! I'm just trying to help. And just a heads up, all 2ds units, 3ds xl units, and 3ds units as far as I know come with 9.2 or lower nowadays.

everything works perfect with beta 8 gadorach build though, even nes and gbc and gba virtual console and dsiware and even manuals! And it dosen't softbrick 90-95 percent of the time while loading rxmode
Hey massexplosion did you make the rxmode checker app? Just a dummy app with a banner that says rxmode is on and if you hover over it in rxmode/gateway the banner will appear and when in normal home menu no banner will appear
You can use the sources of smash bros dummy app and just modify the banner and icon. BTW i just installed the eshop vc version of super mario bros 3 
well finally i got smb3 running at FULL speed on my old 3ds. its really cool, but how do i change aspect ratio to full screen on the eshop version of nes
