THANK YOU, that did work, I've been slacking off on updating, can you tell me if the fbi cia installer works fine with eshop titles etc?
yeah it should work great with them. FBI is the best all around cia installer if you can stand the ugly console graphics :P

I think this IronFall is not related to the freehax. At least, that's what I am hoping.
What possible reason do you think it's not? He announced that Ironfall is the one we need for the persistent exploit and the instructions will come next week. Why do you hope it's not?

I downloaded the game in 9.9 GW emunand and my sysnand is 4.4.

In the event someone achieves privilege escalation for this 9.9 userland exploit (i.e port Gateway to it) can i follow the "Move eShop content from emuNAND to sydNAND" tutorial and Ironfall will launch from sysNAND just like a legit CIA (no hacks or patches)

my emu and sysnands are linked btw.

Because I've always wanted to experience homebrew apps on my 3DS. Where I live I have no means of securing a CubeNinja copy nor a save dongle. That's why I'm hoping it is a new hack that does not require a save dongle.

didn't he already confirm you'd need cubeninja for the initial install?

You can't a get a Sky3DS? Then you can just load a rom of Cubic Ninja and that ill activate whatever the exploit for Ironfall is.

Will this give us free homebrew without need of Cubic Ninja or give us a easy launch method for ninjhax while we still need Cubic Ninja for first time install?

That's what I'm hoping for too.

He didn't mention anywhere that Ironfall is related to the feehax hack though it could be.

But any desktop OS, I've never had anything but frustration trying to get Bluetooth devices to work reliably and stable. It might pair and connect once, and then next time I go to use it I have to delete and re-pair it again

  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
Not recently but I think it's less a driver issue and more just Windows having a garbage Bluetooth stack

Could be I was having issues when I first upgraded it and didn't realiser gigabyte has specific driver revisions which is stupid
