Hacking Just got my SC lite!!

Ok last questions

1. How does the Castlevania Video Work for you (Post MicroSD Brand/Speed)
2. Pics of the interface?
3. How easy/hard is it to pull and put in the SCL?

1. I am using a 1GB sandisk ultra II which is about x60 speed and the Castlevania Intro worked without skipping, it was just like the original game I have.

2. the interface is the same as the other SC versions

3. the SCL is quite tight in the DSL but you just need to wriggle it out but pulling the left side then the right side. The micro sd card is very easy to remove from the SCL

Thanks. On another note. I notice you have Bleach DS, how is it

on the 3rd question. I am never going to take out the supercard lite once i put it in. So that was a dumb question really. Did it come with a SD Reader?

How is the packaging (pics if you didnt already throw it away)

hey etresed did you get the supercard and a folded up box when it was delivered. Just askin cos last time I bought from supercardstore I just got the flatpack box and supercard in a jiffy bag

haven't had a chance to play bleach yet, i'll let you know how I find it later.

The supercard lite doesn't come with an SD reader.

The micro sd card I brought had a micro SD to SD adapter and I use a SD reader that is already on my computer.

As for packaging my SCL was sent with the box flat and the SCL in it.

hey i ordered the same bundle as you did (supercard lite + superkey) cool!. Pretty nice packaging. how much did you get the microsd for. because i have 40 dollars right now going for that.

I paid about £37 inc next day delivery for a 1GB sandisk ultra II.

I think thats about $75 but it should be quite a bit cheaper in the US.

Can you try Animal Crossing and Metroid Hunters? Those games sometimes have troubles on other nds flash kits... I wonder if they slowdown

According to realhotstuff.com retailer, SCL does come with a SD adapter.

Mine didn't come with one so either realhotstuff.com are including a SD adapter or something else :S

BTW it doesn't mention any SD adapter on the SDL box.

Edit: I think realhotstuff are doing a bundle which includes the SDL and a micro sd and sd adapter.

I just purchased the SDL which I don't think includes an SD adapter.

We'll have to see if other people who brought the SDL get an SD adapter.

Any way I'm going to go test Animal Crossing now, which bits do people have slow down in game with?

Entering and exiting rooms suppose to have 2-3 seconds delay. Its less with the new patcher I think.

I don't need one anyway I got a Mini SD off ebay and it came with a card reader. The Mini SD turned out to be fake so i sent it back, keeping the card reader, plus I have one built into my laptop so

lol nice one mazza, I was looking on ebay for SD cards and they did seem cheaper.

On animal crossing entering and exiting seems to be about the same as the original i have, maybe slightly slower but I think its the same.

Well as you come out of house hold a direction the the dpad and press run and you should notice a half second pause where the game has to catch up. Also when you start the game and it asks you to press start it should lag a bit. Are you noticing any?

Can someone please try copying over a DS save file from an old CF or SD/mini supercard and see if it works in the supercard lite?

KINGOFNOOBS: I had a little go on bleach and it's quite a fun game but its in japanese so I need to find out what the menu is

Why do you ppl keep asking if old save files will work?! They WILL WORK! There is no reason not to as the patcher does nothing to the save files! And .sav files can be transfered from flashcart to flashcart as long as they use the .sav extension. I have no idea where that stupid rumor came from.
