Is safe replacing of eMMC of Nintendo Switch?

Hello. I would like replace eMMC module of my v1 (unhackable) Nintedo Swich. There was used SK Hynix module and I have Samsung from damaged Switch. I am able transfer all required data from source eMMC and put it to destination (Samsung) and console normally started. My question is, if it is safe or I can be banned for change this HW component (new eMMC have other serial). Console was not never hacked, no cheating or other bannable behaviors, I would like only simply make this hardware change. Thank anybody for opinion.

No you wont be banned. They don't know which brand emmc you started with as long as you transfer over the complete nand you are fine

Thank you. I tried it, restored backup boot0, boot1 and rawGPT, started console without problem online. I hope, that will not baned later.
