On a ds lite, if i assign select to use "select menu" and not " classic ds menu", then how can i control brightness??
Do i have to remove my flashcart each time or go to settings, enable classic ds menu again only to increase/lower the brightness??
Yes, you can do either way.

by the way, you should add the ability to hide a selected folder, it makes it easier to organize when you have homebrew that needs folders
Already a thing. Just move to the folder, press the X button, and then press Y to hide the folder.

or the ability to have custom icons for the gab games displayed on the bottom screen (I don't mean custom box art)
Also already a thing. See this page: https://wiki.ds-homebrew.com/twilightmenu/faq.html?faq=how-do-i-use-custom-iconsbanners-for-games

what about auto game box art download which if your dsi (or 3ds) is connected to a internet connection, it could download the box art for the game if it can find any (kind of like how usb loader gx on the wii downloads the box art)

The DSi WiFi library is not stable enough to implement that feature, as far as I know.

I just had an idea, there could be a 3ds native version that could take advantage of what the 3ds could do, (not in the games). Some ideas I have for this version are wifi box art downloading, less pixelated home screen, and 3d box art (you turn on the 3d slider and the box art looks like it comes out of the screen, also the 3d box art would be similar to how the game box is shown in usb loader gx) I am pretty sure it is possible to run ds roms from a 3ds app because of a program I used to play a rom hack before I discovered twilight menu ++.

TWLoader was the 3DS companion app to TWiLight Menu++ (then-known as SRLoader), and does pretty much what you said (with the box art images still in 2D, but they have 3D depth). It was discontinued in order to avoid having to maintain two applications which do pretty much the same thing.

just both screens freeze white, same on bootstrap and karnel, flashcard is r4, game; glory days 2
Sounds like your ROM is corrupted then.

OK. I'm on older version still, but.. got new rumble pack.. Is there a way to disable rumble in TWilightMenu on moving cursor? Or (this would be a better option) to lower it's strength? Because it's pretty damn strong. I didn't get feedback of this strength in any game I tried yet. Thanks. (PS: I have unofficial third party rumble pak lite - slim)

There is no way to disable rumble in TWLMenu++. As for the strength (using an official Rumble Pak), it didn't feel strong on my side. I'd need to get the third-party Rumble Pak to try to adjust strength.

I have this one, which seems the worst of the options (Original, TTds, EZ flash, GBA games with rumble and this one), but works OK on games (I had to cover it with some paper tape to fit tightly in GBA slot and now it feels OK) .. (I've tried only few games, Space Invaders Extreme is superb // how did I just discover these two gams because of rumble support just now??? //, Metroid pinball is soft, Sega all stars racing is strong - too much for my taste)..
IDK. maybee it's about sending voltage to the pak? So some option of strength controll in Twilight menu settings would be nice, But if simple On/Off option would be possible, this could be fine.
I understand that every pak is different, so You can't optimize Twilight for everyone. Now it seems that Twilight is sending full power to the pak, but that's not the thing regular DS games do... But it's just my amateur observation, so maybee I'm wrong about this..
