All games and homebrew titles gone

I was going to play smash on wii u on my 3ds using smash controller. But I deleted "The Legend Of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds" And all my games and homebrew apps are gone except dsi games. The video is very blurry but you get my point.

How did you delete Link Between Worlds? Through FBI or software management?
Try with faketik. If it doesn't work then it's probably sdcard, it is corrupting data..

Software management. I ran faketik it said "No missing tickets." And I ran h2testw everything came up fine.

go into fbi, check if the games are listed. they'll probably be listed in red if they are.

Was the sdcard completely empty when you tested it with h2testw? If not, i suggest redoing the test, and make sure to run it with the "read & write" setting.

No. Everything was there in fbi and i redid the test. Same results.

No. The sd card is halfway full.

Then at most you tested half of your SD card you need to move the files onto a PC temporarily empty the SD card and test it

What did you do? I was deleting game updates from some games that I already uninstalled on FBI and I also tried to update a game via official Nintendo servers and it gave me an error. I have now lost all icons on my 3DS menu for some reason except DSiWare and System apps. I can go to FBI and load every single other game with Titles->Choosing any Game. Every single game appears on my System Settings too. When I run faketik it says "No missing tickets." and it doesn't do anything. The games are there and they work just fine and they don't even have that "X" and are grayed out on System Settings like I've seen in the past. How can I make them appear again if faketik isn't cooperating? I tried "Update HOME Menu icon cache" on Cthulu and it didn't work

Yes I did that some years ago and it was fine

"years ago".. Copy everything that's on your sd card to your pc, and test the sd card with h2testw with the "read & verify" setting.
Format it as FAT32 32kb cluster size before and after the test.

@Chuardo You asked in the 3DS Noob question thread too. And i gave there also the advice to check your card for errors. SD Cards are flashdrives, wich can have file-, sector errors or they wear out (they dont work forever).
