if what I think is right, the source menu's magic numbers from my theme are pointing to plugins with a different coverfolder than the one that actually contains your covers.
In wiiflow, go to your desired coverflow (e.g. snes) press home on the wiimote and click on 'select plugins'. The snes plugin you're using is the one with a green check mark.
Take note of the plugin name, then from your pc open the corresponding ini file in wiiflow/plugins and check if the coverfolder path is right.
If you see more than one checkmarks, it means that you have 2 snes plugins with the same magic number, which creates a conflict. If you use my plugins pack there will be no such conflicts.

Thanks for all, with your help i manage to make it work. I had to create the covers cache with the default theme first, but after that, everything worked pretty well.

Glad you got it working. One question: which version of my theme are you using?
If you had to switch to default theme to cache the covers, maybe you're using an outdated version or one of the many "unofficial" mods.
If the theme is using unoptimized images, chances are that it will fail to cache the covers, running out of memory.

I'm using 5.4.9 i also used the fix, i think my problem was because i'm using a partitioned external HDD, when i was able to load all the covers, everything works perfect.

I'm trying to customize my own version of this theme again, and if you don't mind me ask, theres a way to remove the spin menu?
What I was aiming for is a theme where I can slect the system right in the first menu (Like Haikasha version) but i want every system to have it's own background.

to eliminate the spin menu you can edit source_menu.ini in wiiflow/source_menu/rhapsodii shima.
Inside the .ini file, change all the buttons to your needs (eg. paste the buttons from your consoles.ini).
Under the General section, change
background=tier1.png with what you want (images are in wiiflow/source_menu/Rhapsodii Shima/backgrounds).
change flow=4 with flow=1

Thank you very much, Shima.
Can I also ask if it's possible to have transparency on the small_covers in the source menu?
I worked on a idea and got good results, it would be better with transparency though

Sega-Genesis.png

I plan to make icons like that for my systems, and it would be awesome if they could have transparency so i could have a nice background.

Thank you again

Edited to ask more:
Since I'm using Pixel Art assets, the aspect ratio is very important.Any advices in how to adjust the coverflow so I can display the small_cover files at their original resolution? ( 700x 300 aprox on your theme)

I'm gonna stay with this classic consoles look for all the game selection screens, but for the system selection I need to think more about it.I will stay with the Pixel Art Icons, just need to adjust them untill they look as sharp as possible.
It will take some time but it's a fun project.

Thank you again

Edit: Fixed the link for the images

really nice, keep going!
note: if you have a great number of plugins with games and covers you could experience an out of memory issue, with missing images here and there. So don't forget to optimize all .png's to palletted 256 colors (it will be easier if you avoid using gradients and transparencies as much as possible).

Thank you for your support.
I saw this issue already, i tought it was weird since I selected just a few roms for NES,GEN and SNES.Ive taken a look at the covers.png and mostly of them were "huge" files.I just indexed them all with Aseprite.Theres a cool option there that allows you to apply some dither, so the gradients wont look too bad.
Gonna test again now and see if something will be missing

Hello, Shima.
Do you mind to help me again?
I was trying to set a different image for when the cursor ir above a system in the source menu, i tought it was possible from what i've seen in the .ini, like in here:
[BUTTON_1]
autoboot=
cat_page=1
category=0
emuflow=
hidden=no
image=genesis.png
image_s=genesis1.png
Is not this "image_s" for this purpose?

Thank you again.

So, bad news.
After hours I managed to make it work, but it only works with sourceflow disabled.If it's not a problem, could you test this?
Don't know if its suposed to be like that or if it's a bug.

Thank you very much, again.

Sometimes it's even entertaining to find other ways around such limitations:)
For example, the "wheel menu" in my theme shows these big buttons with rounded corners. They are infact transparent .png's in sourceflow. But instead of transparent color there's black in Wiiflow.
So I created a black gradient in the background, with the black color serving as a means to hide the black corners of the buttons.
It's not perfect, you can still see them when you return back to the Wheel menu from another location. But when you look at the wheel, you never notice the black corners around the buttons.
