Lots of PS5 and Xbox SeX problems are cropping up, because they rushed production of the consoles. All I can say is wait for a proper hardware revision, and hope for the best next time. (Maybe they will make it less ugly next time around!)
You are basically on beta firmware so if you don't want to update you will have to put up with all the problems.
